not as tired, thinking a bit better, a looot less irritable its like a slight mist has been lifted from my well being and brain. only way i could really describe it, like having a permanent cold but without the snot and its suddenly gone. my mild depression has been lifted. of course it could all be a placebo effect but i do feel a lot better.

got an appointment at the docs in two weeks so i'll get him to take some blood and find out for sure.

Other one was sitting at a set of lights in the car when an audi RS6 pulls up beside me... Knowing full well that hes gonna want to get in front of me I open the windows and give a little bit more than normal just so I can hear that throaty engine give a little bit. What a lovely sounding engine...

It's 6.30am, I'm on a packed train, I won't be home until late after a stressful day and then it's the same again for the next 5 days. But I'm smiling because it's the first day of the English Test summer, at 10.15am I'll be standing on the pitch waiting to take the England captain's photo in the sunshine. I am lucky to have a job that let's me indulge my 2 favourite things. Oh and we've got unlimited pic'n'mix in the media centre too.

Well my week ends next Friday and so far my earlier optimism has gone down the drain along with England's bating.

However, this year they have giant chocolate buttons in the free pick'n'mix so that's lunch sorted.

try it. it wont do any harm, just dont do what i done and take them at T time or you will be up all night.

Tried taking a vitamin B supplement years ago but only made me feel irritatingly nervous.
Was hard on the stomach as well if I recall correctly.
