Just caught up on this thread.
I wish I'd seen that Brexit link earlier. I would definitely not have sent it back to Farage without a stamp.
Sleeping, the distraction technique works for me. I lay there thinking about a process such as striping down an engine or similar. Another one is slowing my breathing down. You have to concentrate on it plus it calms you down. I guess it's just a form of meditation.

Hard to see why any of the bunch of criminals making up the current administration are still in a job. Although when one takes into account public gullibility and media complicity, maybe it's not so difficult to understand.

The knob Grayling is a particularly useless specimen though I agree Seeker.

Got home last night and noticed my right fork leg is weeping quite badly. I think my bike is trying to tell me to go find the matches.

Time for a fork rebuild! New seals, dust covers and bushes, about an afternoon of tinkering in the garage I reckon. Annoying though!

maybe it's just sad because you keep threatening to kill it. It just wants a hug.

Have you tried cleaning it with a Seal Mate or similar? Sometimes dirt under the seal makes it leak rather than the seal needing changing.

Check you don't have any pitting on stanchions before you replace seals. If you do then you'll just rip the new ones.
