Re: The running thread.
Ran today at lunch time. Glen Fabba Loop - 3.1 miles.
Damn that was hot and humid, it had rained this morning but was drying out by the time I went. |

Re: The running thread.
Made it out this morning but just my short loop again as there was not enough time for any more. Bit of a slow plod and warm by the time I got back home.

Re: The running thread.
So, I've been injured and haven't run properly for around four years. I'm starting to feel better with it ... but somehow I managed to sign myself up to the Race To The Stones next year (100km). Too much?
Wish me luck! |

Out for a run with a friend this morning, along the river to Pontllogel and back. Just a gentle jog as it was her first run since injuring her ankle a while back. A bit muggy out at times but a lovely 6.7 mile run along a lush route. Relive Last edited by garynortheast; 20-07-19 at 10:30 AM. |

Re: The running thread.
I have been working a lot of overtime lately so haven't been out much. Struggled through my 5 miles tonight though.

Re: The running thread.
Really nice run this morning with a couple of canicross friends out and back along a section of the Kerry Ridgeway. Fab views and ideal weather.
Thought I was going to struggle as this was the first time out for more than a week, but it was actually pretty good. The Relive video The whole length of the Ridgeway is around 15 miles and we're looking at putting together a group run all the way along at some point. |
