I think the guy said it's an early version, probably a rev.1 board. They are surprisingly complicated beasts, more features than I will probably ever use! Just been speaking to Rob, the meter in the OM2n is dead and will need replacing. A cheap and quick fix apparently.

Don't know if this is of use Howard, but it makes gripping the OM-Ds alot more comfortable.

Took a punt this Pen EP-1 as I wanted the lens. £23 plus post and sold as not working and no battery but popped in a fully charged on from my EPL-1 and all is well. Have given it a good cleaning and updated the firmware.

That's a good deal on the Pen, especially if it works and with the lens. The 14-42 was the kit lens that came with my EM10 and is a decent performer. But I sold it and bought the Panasonic 12-32 pancake for the size, which is mainly why I'm not too bothered about having a grip. I know what you mean about it being easier to hold, especially with longer or heavier lenses but one of the things I like about the EM10 is it's compact size and how easy it will go into a pocket.
Come to think of it, I've hardly used it this year; once I think.
Having written that, I just checked my files. 2018 - 1416 photos; 2019 - 2063 photos; 2020 - 178 photos.

But the lack of use is a given this year, you could tie in some shots with a walk or whatnot. I just haven't had the mojo for it, although I'm still collecting the gear! Another job lot finishes in a bit, quite cheap and there is a what looks like a Sony NEX in there.

Get a good price for them? I pulled the trigger on a Fed Zarya, I realised if I leave it any later that I will have to pay duty and vat if I but stuff from outside the EU which will be us from the end of the year. Coming in from Austria.

I used to have a bulky camera, but since my smartphone takes a good photo I decided to get rid of it. It nice to see a couple of good cameras in this thread.

Nice to see another face in here! The few shots in here barely cover the true scale of my collection, probably the same for the others I bet!

The information coming from Austria Post is amazing, every movement gets and update. Even moving between departments gets a post. The camera has crossed the border and is currently in Munich.
