I picked up a couple of rolls of 22 year old Kodak Ektachrome Elite ii to try, I've only shot one or two rolls of slide film and thought I would give these a go. The new Ektachrome E100 is nearly £20 a roll and is very off-putting.

I think Ektachrome was very popular, I'm going to try Ektar in 120 next for colour. Portra was nice enough but washed out too easily, very odd.
Funny Lomo lenses, and you wonder why I suggested the other one to you!

I quite like Ektar, I stupidly put a 36 roll in a Pen half frame. Its going to take ages to get through that! Just grabbed a couple of rolls of 120 Ektachrome as well.

I didn't win the Bessa, it went for £104 in the end.

Maybe worth an offer? 254797339221, if I didn't have three cameras out for repair I would take a chance on these.

Added another Gull to the flock. A Seagull DF, you don't see these very often and I've been after one for a while. The only real issue with it is the cold shoe is missing from top plate. Its based off the Minolta SR range but doesn't have a meter, it does however have mirror lock up and a motordrive coupler. My Zarya has been repaired and is on its way back, new curtains installed and he even replaced the missing film door catch on the base (twiddly bit on the base if you have seen a FED 2) Hopefully should be getting the OMs back next week, not sure about the OM4 but the 2n ended up having a new meter and a control board. Oh, I also got some still wrapped Superdrug 110 film that expired in June 1991! A whole £2.45

I'm impressed you can find Seagulls. I never see any when I'm out in China. It's a nice addition to the collection too. Nice move in getting the Zarya fixed. Who did you find to do that?
Seeing as you mentioned Ektar in previous posts, I'm in the club too. I've a roll that needs using. Hoping for a nice bright winter day sometime.

It was a guy called Roger Lean, doesn't have a website but it's easy enough to find his phone number. It seemed a shame to keep it as a shelf queen seeing how unusual they are. Plus ordering another would be a gamble too. Might send him my Zorki 1c for new curtains. The Seagull came with a case and manual, if you didn't know any better you would mistake it for an SR at first glance, even the lens has the same stop down lever.

Sorry been running around seemingly doing nothing! Another £1 weekend on fleabay, I guess they're competing with the shops being open, so trying to shift more house junk. VCR to list! The Seagull looks nice. I did look at the listing you posted kenzie, think it'll go for quite a bit.

I'm not 100% sure it's a Rolleiflex, I think it may be a Rolleicord. It's odd that the strap is covering the nameplate but then again it could just be a bad listing.
