No BBQ's up here they'd have been blown away. But it was great getting out at silly o'clock and realising how quiet the roads are before 9 in the morning. Must do it more often...

Got up to the Kinlochleven loop and did 3 circuits and back down the road for 2pm.

Sadly the footage I got today is awful. Did get some weird angles though, one section was looking at the front wheel the other was looking a muggins, I thought I moved about quite a lot but Nope its highly boring.

It's good, worth doing. not scary in the slightest but you do have an audience of about 40 people at a guess!

My shoulders (which I've damaged falling off a bike and when I tripped when running) hurt for some time afterwards. Part of the waiver form ask if you've dislocated or damaged your shoulders but I said no in case they told me that I couldn't do it.
With Bill's apparent disregard for his health or following Doctor's advice, I thought I'd be a whus if I said "but I hurt my shoulder..."

Default Smile of the day - What is yours?

I've been at DocFest in Sheffield. Had great night out last night with the people who made the film, and my ex and his mum made me very welcome. So nice to see them both. I even brought back home made marmalade.

The film itself was superb and 200+ people turned out to watch it which is very good at this sort of festival. I even get a thank you in the credits.
