Do i need a spacer to retain the bearings in the wheel i can't find any info saying it needs one?

you do need spacer inside wheel,between bearings.

Ooh, that looks great... Any more pics of the bike? Does the mudguard not foul the radiator? Usually I hate those headlights but that wee beak makes it perfect...

I had to trim a little bit off the back of the mudguard to clear the rad. Still testing it at the moment to make sure it doesn't shield it to much, don't want to cook the motor! Going to wait until I get the bike on a dyno (next week) to check the fuelling before giving it a top speed blast, just in case it is a bit lean. I want to get the headlight back closer to the forks but at the moment I had to build in somewhere for the standard clocks.
