Did anyone see me sitting in the Tesco's petrol station on the way out of Stratford, or did you think I'd buggered off and left you?

Which way did you all go home in the end?

I filled up at the Tesco's in Stratford (I remembered the fuel tap!), then rode all the way up the A3400, then stopped at the petrol station after Hockley Heath to jet wash the bike (they have a machine with no programmes, tokens and nonsense, just put a pound in, it credits a few minutes, and you press a button to choose if you want brush or lance and soap or rinse)

Adjusted and lubed the chain (that seems to need adjustment every 200 miles as well ) and checked the oil before putting it away, which is now showing as being slightly overfull, so it has probably not quite used a 1/2 litre since I got it. Not going to bother draining any, it's obviously using oil anyway, won't be long before it's back below the full mark.

Did the exhaust smell and look OK today from behind?

We didnt see you at the petrol station, me and drew got stuck at some lights for ages then we headed down the A34 to the M40 junction just before hockley heath.

I didnt see anyone at a petrol station. I saw two people disappear along the road towards Henley, I couldnt catch up since there was too much traffic. I followed the road through Henley and then just bombed along the motorway and down the aston expressway.

Sorry matey, when we were at the island just before the petrol station I was waving my hands at you towards the station. Didn't see you behind me so presumed you had gone in there.

Sorry Dave, i didnt realise you was following us all the way i thought you was stopping for fuel.
I was in a bit of rush as well

How did you find it today, confidence coming back a bit now?
You seemed ok to me but im not the best to commment.
I was very nervous in places especially with all the dirt in the road not long after we left mcdees, i had a little slip on some gravel earlier as well which caused me to run wide on one corner, no harm done though.

I got stuck at traffic lights before we got near the petrol station and that was the last time I saw anyone so I didnt see you waving at the petrol station.

I felt fine today, being cautious most of the way. There was a lot of grit/water/rubbish in the roads so just made sure to be going pretty easy around those corners... and staying well away from the rear brake. The bike felt good, no sliding or nervous moments thankfully
