ill have to give the mens doubles tennis tournament a miss but I'm mending.

and this is after the opperation my scapula and ribs could not be fixed but seem to be slowly mending by them selves.

as you can see there is a lot of bone still left to grow back on the top humerus break but the nail is holding well for now and i have started physio to get my arm moving sideways away from my body and have so far managed about 2 inch of movement (WOW) the police were over today to take a statement from me and it appears that will be the end of it (fingers crossed) so the physio continues thanks to all for your support and watch this space.
