Re: What have you tinkered with today?
Ordered all the missing bits, and paint to do the VF500 restoration over the next month or so, tightened steering head bearings on the 1000, and went over the 750 to work out what it needs to pass the next MOT.

You child!
it is funny though! I wonder what kind of response I would get if I put up a photo thread of playing with my nipples when they arrive! |

Re: What have you tinkered with today?
About to take on the massive engineering task of swapping out the tax disc. I think I'll pop to the shops and get a Mars bar to keep my energy levels up while undoing the billions of bolts used to keep the seal semi watertight.
Can't wait until we don't have to display them. |

TRE mod the advanced the ignition.
Finally scooped out the hideously flat riders seat into a more pleasing shape with the best cheese grater I could get my hands on, which should help the wife get her toes down and also help me stop sliding backwards and forwards every time I hit the throttle or brakes. I sat on the bike and it immediately felt better, felt more like I was actually part of the bike instead of being perched on it |
