Re: Vintage film cameras
That's definitely a good price for an OM10 Johnny. Kenzie is right though, the odd bargain can still be found but prices are still on the up. I've sold off some surplus cameras and lenses recently too. I managed to get £100 for a Pentax MX plus I've an ME super with 50mm f2 on ebay at the moment.
A bit too late with the Spotmatic. I might have taken it for the lens a couple of months ago. |

Re: Vintage film cameras
Finally managed to pick up the Nikon F with the plain prism in the middle here. Been ongoing for six months but went and collected it today. It was the most affordable way of acquiring a plain prism, they seem to go for quite a bit at the moment. The camera itself runs fine apart from the slow speeds (1/8 and below don't work) I'll more than likely have this camera serviced at some point.

Re: Vintage film cameras
The plain prism version wins in the looks category.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Definitely, it doesn't look as chunky. I still like them all though! I've switched the lens to a 55mm f3.5 Micro, looks better in my opinion.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Not bad thanks, it's a busy school term plus Christmas preparation etc. so nice to have a break, I'm off until the 6th. Not shot anything for a while. Covid knackered up some of the Christmas meet-up plans. How about yourself?

Busy with my new job, but the perks are four in four off, affords me time to get out and shoot.
