Felt really ropey last night and still a bit this morning. In addition to falling of the wall I stabbed myself with what I thought was a hawthorn, but I think it was probably a blackthorn spine that got me. They have a toxin on the end of the thorns and can make you feel quite ill.

Pretty much back to normal now. Haven’t run yet since doing it as there’s still the odd twinge but I may try a run tomorrow.

My cat died Friday.
My best friend and constant companion at home for 20 years. Very sad but I'm glad she didn't suffer. Miss her more than words can describe.
