So what you are are saying is that I need to book the Thursday off to bake all day like some crazed Mary Berry on amphetamines? And I forgot to include coffee cake in that list too.

Is Hong coming? If so I can adapt the lemon drizzle to be dairy free using soya milk and margarine instead of butter - it tastes just as nice but won't bring out his odd cow allergy.
