So what you are are saying is that I need to book the Thursday off to bake all day like some crazed Mary Berry on amphetamines? And I forgot to include coffee cake in that list too.

Is Hong coming? If so I can adapt the lemon drizzle to be dairy free using soya milk and margarine instead of butter - it tastes just as nice but won't bring out his odd cow allergy.

Well the coffee cake would help with the crazed Merry Berry thing. just triple the caffeine and everything should work out just super.
