Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Bittersweet day. Great ride out of around 150 miles but conscious all the way round that I should have been heading to Barmouth to meet up with everyone, and riding with you all tomorrow.

You'd slide down the side of the mountain I call a garden during the night and wake up to find yourself in the hedge!

It's seems to be Flying Ant Day. It usually seems to happen everywhere on the same day so I hope you're not all getting as irritated by the wretched things as I am. Well aware they can't help it but I'm trying to relax on the patio and every five seconds I have to brush one or more of them off my arms, legs, head, face, argh.... Lady Poppy has given up and gone inside.

Yep. They're actually walking up the wall from the patio to the window and heading into the gap. I must deal that up.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
The inside of my conservatory has become a slaughterhouse this afternoon, I'm afraid I had to resort to chemical weapons to push back the ant Blitzkrieg.
My task for tomorrow is to clear up the carnage.
