Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
So then a 21st century gripe
My missus ain't a well lady and she needs her bed. The problem I gripe about is someone has parked a transit across from my house drive. A small estate no through road. and the transit blocks the road whilst my car is outside. Twice now I have to go out and move my car. I have knocked on the neighbours so if it is theirs it can move outside my drive and open the road. I have now had a drink and no way can I drive. OK so what is the gripe. Well my wife is convinced I am going to throw a punch should somebody either hit my car or become abusive at not being able to pass so will not go to bed.. Pizza delivery has just abandoned their car and walked up the road.

Put a note on it. If they continue to do it, report it to the council or Police for obstruction.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
So I moved 3 of my cars to get the 4th on the drive and went for a soak. when it kicked
The driver turned up and my wife called him inconsiderate and got a mouthful, the neighbour turned out and was abused. By the time I got my dressing gown on he was gone. I am guessing he saw the neighbours talking and waited for us to go indoors, our theory is it possibly stolen and left to expose any tracker. 5 hours blocking my drive and the road outside. His argument taxed so can park where he wants.

Yeah you can park where you want, as long as its within the rules and not causing an obstruction. Clamp it next time.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
My gripe is about either my microwave or my coffee mug. I use the same mug for all hot drinks, same power setting and time on the microwave - intermittently the handle of the mug is much hotter than normal. It usually waits for me to get relaxed about grabbing the mug before inflicting the searing heat on the handle.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Managed to hurt my back, one of those old person sleeping injuries. As in was fine when I went to bed but somehow injured myself during the night.
Felt a bit sore getting it of bed, weather was nice so went out on the bike. Half an hour later, started to regret that decision. What was really stupid was carrying on to see if it got better. It didn't, so now had an hours ride home whilst my lower back was screaming at me. Rest of the day spent popping pain killers and having to endure the slightly amused sympathy from the Mrs. Sent from an S20 using Tapatalk with that kin cr4p blocked
