Thank you all for the words of support and advice. I can't tell you how much it has meant to me and I am genuinely very moved by it.
Tenancy is an assured shorthold tenancy Dave. Having spoken with Shelter Cymru a couple of days ago the landlords are fully legally compliant in their action. I'm busy gathering information about various responsibilities over letting, improvements to housing, and decisions over who to award tendancies to. My head is like mush and I feel permanently sick with anxiety just now. |
