Ah Sherlock, nothing gets past you, apart from there is one thing you haven't considered: not all mods can mod each section! I am ONLY a mod of Thames Valley, and all I do there is sticky the odd post, so I can't change anything here and I am speaking solely as a forum user trying to explain how that seeing as we are saddled with a U-rating, we've got to try and respect it!
