Not blaming you ya div! lol. I mentioned it to you, then forgot to put it in the proposal....lol. That makes me a div too.

Coolio, I know you won't be booking anything yet, but if we get voted, early nest year I will post up prices for rooms/dorms as I will be arranging a special rate for any orgers wishing to use those facilities, so it'll be even better value then.

I can usually understand what's behind peple posts and it's very rarely negative, so not much bothers me.

Hovis and I welcome these things.....if we get voted, the only way we'll be able to make it the best it can be for everyone is if people speak up and tell us what they want!

but apart from that minute wee detail it sounds great - might even try and make this one

as an aside I doubt the AR will be in Scotland - its hard enough organsing the GM let alone the AR but never say never - we've got a canny crew!

+1 to what davepreston has said about a deadline date for proposals.
If no one contests it then obviously there is no vote but also no argument. It seems apparent that if Hovis's AR is the one then its needed to be booked pretty well in advance so how does a cut off date of Friday 2nd October sound? Thats 4 weeks for anyone to arrange a proposal which is longer than Hovis and GG have had to set theirs up so its more than fair IMO.

Sounds good to me, lets see what the Mods think! We got the Wales proposal done in a day so it's more than possible for others!
