I can't believe this - never met him but spoke to him a lot on the forum. Still seems like it's not real! Another vote here to put him in the fallen friends section. RIP mate.

Just to echo what Si said, he really did have two very different sides to him. The outspoken joker, always having a laugh and the quieter, shy and polite person he was deep down. While I only recently got to know the 'real' Mark, I like many others, felt he had great potential and he talked of one day running his fathers business. This place won't ever be the same with the loss of such a likeable character, I still can't beleive he is gone.

I read the sticky in IB, and my immediate thoughts were "NO F*ING WAY".

Never having met Mark it`s nice to have that insight into the person he was and the person he could have been had fate not so cruelly stepped in.

RIP mate - thoughts go out to friends and family.

Like many it seems, I never met the guy - I only 'knew' him from his his online fourm persona. He came across (to me at any rate) as forthright, opinionated & confident in his own beliefs - a lot like me in fact !!

So, as has been said before, THANKS Si, for the background to the man as he actually was.

I only just saw this...and I'm sat here feeling totally shocked and empty

I also had not met him, and I'm rather surprised at how young he was - I'd always assumed he was older.

Anyway, my thoughts are with those closest to him.

RIP Buddy
