Ha! Ha! I saw you guys at the top of the Tanat Valley! I was the mad cyclist waving like an idiot as you came round the second hairpin on the B4391. Great weather for it.

Home. Knee is swollen slightly alot!! At least it will look good on the scan on tuesday lol. Great roads, nice to remove the strips
 300= miles from start to finish for me, i guess BP will be the same. Cheers all for a great rideout.Took us a few mins to work out who the mad wavey bloke was on the bike lol. |

Cheers Mike. Rather beeen on throttle power than leg power today!!
Well and truly tested the suspension today and it passed Not too sure about the boots, toes keep catching the ground now i can lean a bit and on one right hander, toe caught the ground, knocked my foot off the peg which gave my already damaged knee a right tweak. Very uncomfy for the last 100 miles but still made em fun
