mine is restricted to 33bhp and all i got was 3 certificates but no metal plate or anything

Don't worry, read the law.
There is no legal requirement for certificates or plates etc. One company seems to be telling people for their own commercial purposes what they think the law should be. Alas, some fools listen to them.

Maybe not fools but sad state of affairs is many mechanics, dealers, etc. have believed same crap... thus the crap gets passed on to people who don't know the law who ask "knowledgeable" and "trusted" "expert"...

Why doesnt someone with the same serial number ECU have there own bike tested on a dyno to see if it is over also.
Maybe every "restrcited" bike in the UK is over? |

I haven't heard anything more from Flameboy. I'm away on hols at the moment but when I get home I'll dig his number out of my diary and give him a bell....if he hasn't come back on-line beforehand....
