Sending my end of month invoice. My last contract allowed weekly billing which I rather liked as it seems so long since I've been paid this way, despite all the years I was on monthly salary meaning I should be used to it...

This is only a smile if they pay up on time, alittle delay on a monthly invoice means funds run short rather rapidly

I'll await your smile/gripe of the day depending on payment being made

After 7 - you lucky so and so. The dog assumes 6 is plenty late enough during the summer months and paces about on the vinyl floor in the hallway until we give in and go down to let her out. As Lady Poppy is visiting her dad this weekend I've had to do the honours the last two days. Glad you're feeling better for your lie in anywho.

Yes, but my waking time is between 5 & 6 when I'm working & stressed out, especially in the summer when the mornings are so light.

I think it also stems from also doing a paper round, so I was always up bright & early

So after 7 is bloomin good

Its another reason why I won't have a dog until I'm retired, I can do without that hassle 2 rabbits is more than enough

When I had a paper round the rabbit was my dad's problem. Now I know why he was quite glad when it popped it's clogs.

First ride out on the bike in AGES last night. Me and the Mrs went for a chippy tea to Conwy. Both things put a big grin on my face, even when it rained for a bit.
