5 hours in a&e with a dislocated thumb.
2 hours to say you need an x-ray. Loads of anesthesia 2 doctors pulling and nurse pushing. 2 hour wait for second xrays to see if in place. Yes I said a very loud ow a few times

people not being able to grasp the concept that there is no ''Ground'' in a DC circuit. its either Positive or Negative... this includes vehicle wiring.

Relative to what?
Unless you do want a truly floatng DC system, then it's fairly common practice to 'ground' one side of the DC supply (i.e. connect it to earth, widely accepted as "Ground" reference point, 0V.) I do accept that vehicle wiring systems are not truly 'grounded'.
