In general, you don't get roundabouts in the US. However, there is one in the centre of the town of Gettysburg. It was quite funny watching the out of towners coming to visit the battlefield trying to work out what to do.

I can imagine! Even if you do know how they work it would be better not to make any assumptions on right of way entering the thing either!

People who illegally use 2+ lanes then panic when they see a hi viz jacket in a layby ahead and swerve into the righthand lane without bothering to check if another vehicle is already using it

Best advice at Gettysburg is dont use infantry to attack canon up a hill.

People who go out on the pizz and can't make an 08:20 departure for the last day of training, when six of us are waiting for them.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
We have a brave burglar in the neighborhood.
Broke into a mates house about a mile from mine Sun. night with 5 people at home and 4 cars in the drive. They heard him breaking in and went to see what was going on but he was just coming through the door and ran off when they turned the lights on. Cops said was the third house in the last week. Now sleeping with shotgun beside the bed.
