Their backup seriously isnt... My mates 6.3 snapped its rear shock. Took 3 weeks for them to sort it out and that was after ordering the wrong shock, and it was my friend who had to point this out!

IMO generally speaking your better off saving a little more and getting a better product.

I've not had any issues with them. The bike has done many many miles in only the couple of months I've had it and the main issues have been caused by my carelessness.

I had a chain snap in the first week and was replaced immediately. Plus had my free service done by them and they trued the wheel perfectly and did a good job over it. So far, no issues.

For the price I don't think they can be beaten, but yes, if I had more money I would have gone elsewhere. But for a £500 hardtail I could not get the spec I have elsewhere.

ps any one that has any problems with mech hangers snapping, you might want to consider shimano's shadow range, i have never snapped a mech hanger since owning one.

shadow is the right hand one

Chain Reaction do cashback via Topcashback as well, 4%. Think Wiggle do too. It actually does work, sounds like a scam really but I've had about £40 back for various things. Money for nothing

Good post, I'm registered with Quidco but I need to spend a bit more to get some back. I only get points at Halfrauds it seems, despite having my card registered for most places.

So time to register with Topcash back

I get regular vouchers from Decathlon, for only occaisonal purchases there

Some companies give more than 4% cashback. And there are also offers on cashback sites where you get an amount such as £20 for signing up to a free trial (and you can actually cancel the trial and not be charged a penny).

I never thought much of them until I actually signed up to them and made an effort to go through them whenever I could for all online purchases, free money for buying what I was going to anyway!

Nah. I got £20 back for AA membership (£29 with £20 cashback!) and some other bigger ones. Train tickets I think. But a fair bit at CRC and Wiggle this year if I'm honest Basically any time I'm buying anything I just check if they do the cashback.
