Default Changing fork oil in cartridge forks?

Ok
With this new bike I have, it's been sat up for a few years and I reckon the front fork oil may well be past it's best, with a track day and trip to france coming up I was looking at sorting this out. Now I've changed the fork oil on my old bandit a couple of times and you just basically take the end caps off turn the forks upside down and 5 minutes later turn them right way up and refil.

Apparently on the ZX6R's Cartrige forks it's tricker, so, anyone done this and is it an ok job for a home mechanic or is it best left to the pros?

But it's an issue with a bike, therefore a biking issue.

From this I can conclude:
Lee's passing the buck, Joe's bored and feeling awkward and still doesn't actually understand the forum.... While carsick does

Ah, not necessarily so!

An issue with a bike, is not necessarily a biking issue! This is proving to be a hot topic at the moment
