Re: Lost for words
I can understand why the judge can't impose a tougher sentence because of what he was found guilty of, but how on earth was he not charged with death by dangerous driving in the first place!?

Re: Lost for words
Running someone over twice has got to be worse than a driving offence. Shoot the f###er.

Re: Lost for words
Reversing in a one way street I would hope would not automatically lead to a charge of Dangerous driving. (intentionally getting back in your car and driving forwards over an injured child in the road ...well ...???)
so not being aware of the facts, it sounds plausible that this is fair. How about the parents taking responsibility for a 4 year old in traffic? |

Re: Lost for words

Does tis just not add more evidence to our eweak and too lieniet society?? WTF planet does that judge live on. If justice was to be served that driver would be swinging from the gallows now!! If that was my kid he would be (after some long interogation and touture first) this sort of thing really f**ks me off with this country. well there is an nice picture of him maybe he will get f**ked up locally?? I might start a vigilante group to carry out the justice the system is to weak to stomach, who is with me??? Last edited by neio79; 10-04-08 at 06:52 PM. |
