Default He finally gave up.

Well, Roger finally gave up this morning. He was running rough just idling and then by the time we got to the bottom of my road, he'd backfired a few times and then kept stalling as I tried to pull out of the road. Then he wouldn't start at all. Meh.

I've got a sneaking suspicion there's something going on with the clutch, as if the plates aren't disengaging properly in neutral or something. The engine rattles when the lever's out, but runs smoothest with the lever in.

Gah. Had to push him back to the garage. Suppose I was lucky it was so near home and not in Hitchin where we were heading.

Poo bags.
