Default long itch diner

We decided it was nice enough for a bit of a run to wind down after work tonight.
Jenn hopped on the back and away we went, headed over to rugby down the A5 and just went where the road took us.
I've not got a lot of experience with a pillion so was taking it steady untill the mrs started moaning about being too slow .
I got a bit lost as I decided to go straight through dunchurch instead of turning right towards the m45 to get home.
To cut a long and boring story short, I spotted a sign beside the road pointing out a bike meet till late tonight...

Turned right to find myself at the long itch diner on their bike meet night result.

Jenn still thinks it was planned even though I'm completely innocent on this one!

Had a coffee and a chat with the other guys there as there was quite a good turn out and then headed back towards Daventry where we nearly got taken out by a dear crossing the road and just a quick blast from there back to Northampton.

It seems the long itch bike night is an ongoing thing and there was a good bunch there tonight so might be worth popping over if your in the area

We give Long Itch the thumbs up too. Not just the usual greasy spoon fare but Omelettes and salads too. Plus they do nice sponge puddings. Good ride from there to MSB too.

We generally can't do midweek bike nights because of Pete's shifts, but have managed to pop along to Long Itch a few times.

You never know!
