I am itching to get on the bike again too, I am having withdrawals....

Almost tempted to get a cheap scrambler just so I can go out and have some fun

Its been one of those days where somethings have gone my way, in that I don't have to go to Liverpool tomorrow.

But at this moment I'm waiting to go out and work in the freezing cold, worse still I'm in Great Yarmouth

I don't think you'd have appreciated 6 hunky guys knocking on your door at half 2 in the morning.

Or then maybe .................................................. ...............................................

Well I went out on the bike today for the first time in what seems like ages, did about 40 miles or so, just a quick bimble about on the b roads around Norwich

Right now I can't see a reason why I would want a more powerful bike, after a while of not riding I was very surprised when on the bike today of just how much fun a simple v-twin 650 is....

Give it a few weeks and I'll change my tune and want bigger v-twin again but for now I'm loving the sv

She needs a name!

I got into the garage today and started to sort a few things out.
The tail plastics are off so I can give the subframe a clean up and lick of paint, and Ive loosened/WD40'd the shock bolts ready to fit the Penske in the next couple of days. I had to do the whole lot with my left thumb wrapped up in an hankie and electrical tape. Why? Because I was chopping some wood for the fire and missed the log! Fortunately I had thick gloves on but I still got a deep cut and it's throbbing like bugger now
