Valleyboy - try Ken Roberts in Newport.

They are a proper, albeit small suzuki dealer and will do the service for less than £100.

There is a nice cafe up the road too

Mine only took just over 2 and a half hours.

According to the maintenance schedule in the Owner's manual, states that at the 4k service the air filter should be "inspected & cleaned, adjusted/lubricated as necessary", spark plugs (as air filter), fuel hose (as air filter), engine oil "replace", idle speed (as air filter), throttle cable play (as air filter), engine coolant (as air filter), radiator hose (as air filter), clutch (as air filter), brakes (as air filter), brake hose (as air filter), brake fluid (as air filter), tyres (as air filter), chassis bolts and nuts "tighten"

Anything not mentioned does not need attention at the 4k service.

This was for the K3!

The air filter does not need replacing (unless it warrants it before) until 11,000 miles!

hehehe, I have done most of that this weekend anyway doing the TPS mod.. had a good look around and inspected stuff as I took it appart

Might need to look at spark plugs.. but most of the above has had a look at.. all that needs doing is change the oil.. and may as well do the filter as well.

Cheers lads!
