I'm very, very poor. So tent.

Since this little dose of mentality has appeared to take on a life of it's own, I'm in

I think a lot of people turning up on their normal bikes would dilute the mental atmosphere a bit, it should be a load of us on equally crap equipment, riding together-ish. (but I know Rictus is a cripple so we should make exception to have him as camera man)

Bit of both?

Last time I rode to Switzerland we mainly camped as they are much more better equipped for it over there - but I know that camping isn't everyone's cup of tea. So we could possibly alternate the accommodation which would give a good mix of comfort and cost saving?

Ask your mate if we can all camp on her land or if she knows any spots nearby to wild camp on.

Since this is a charity do then if anyone needs reasonably priced MOTs, mechanical assistance or picking bikes up in van then give me a shout. I don't have any spare funds at the moment so I can't do it for nowt but we can sort something reasonable.

Knowing how tight the pockets are in your jeans, it has been discussed that your bike budget has been reduced to £100. Cant say fairer than that for the poorer orgers. Anyone else

I'm with Chris... if you're not going to break down at least as much as the rest of us, then you don't get to laugh at us

I'd prefer the camp option anyway - being fatigued and making daft mistakes has to be part of the fun too.

Camping will do fine by me (by camping I mean with a sleeping bag not Julian Clarey)
