Best bike / biking gear shops in Preston?
Gotta go down to Preston on Sunday to take my kids to "Live and Deadly" kids BBC show, they won tickets to see, recording at Avenham Park, Preston.
Might as well have a look around a few bike shops whilst I am there! Just lookin at bikes and gear, not gotta lot of bike shops up  Recommendations? (Not Hein Gericke - all the same)

To be honest there is not a lot.
Over the River, Shorrocks who have just lost their Suzuki franchise. On Strand Road, the hardly movingson place. Waterloo road is Preston superbikes, or heading into DavePreston territory on New hall lane is fastline. North of preston next to Jct 31A (No southbound exit or northbound entry) is Preston Ducati. Then there are places like ghostbike who sell internet bike gear. BTW nowhere to park round Avenham.

ghost bikes are just behind preston prision in a warren of roads
and it aint just internet based ive been inside but is small tims right no where to park but im only a short walk away and there are lots of side roades just out of preston centre Last edited by Mrs_giggles; 09-11-11 at 09:57 PM. |
