What would you offer this seller?
Found this ad in MCN.
Black Sv650s 2004, just under 10k miles, 7 months MOT, just been serviced. Extras - blue flame exhaust, tail tidy, shiny screen, alarm. "has a few scratches". I don't know the details of the scratches, but i'd obviously check it out. How much would you think is a reasonable offer for this bike? It's advertised at £2100, and i was thinking along the lines of £1800 because thats all i can afford. |

Re: What would you offer this seller...
Ask the seller to e-mail some pictures of the scratches.
Does it have any service history? Now's a good time of year to haggle, so you might get lucky there , although he might have a limit of 2K. If you don't ask you'll never know and the worst that happen is that he says no... |
