Race 1 was great, Supersports was brilliant. Haslam goes up tenfold in my estimation, definitely exceeding expectations, and Stiggy motorsport in general are putting TenKate to shame.

Spies is a maniac! Pity about race 2 for him though.

I was really impressed with the way Ben Spies rode his bike to qualifying last Saturday.
Great win on Sunday as well. I declare myself a fan. Wouldn't it be nice to see him head to head with Rossi? |

Re: WSB Assen *may contain spoilers*
I'm not and probably wont be a massive Leon Haslam fan, but fair play that was a brililant ride in both races by him yesterday.
Spies' move on Haga to win in race 1 was one of the bravest moves I've ever seen, edge of the sofa stuff. Gutted he fell in race 2, he seems to be of the win of bin mentality rather than settling for points and Haga is running away with it at the moment a bit. Good to see Sykes getting to grips with the R1 a little more to I think and nice to see some brits doing well in WSB

Which is what is unique about him and I for one love watching him race. His riding style is very aggresive, see them outside elbows, wow! Have watched him when I could on AMA and was a talent there.
