Fortnightly meets - why aren't you there?

It might help us work out why they've died off if people who used to show up post and just why they've not done so. Can't hurt, anyway. Not a witch hunt, just an attempt to work out if we could do things better.

So, my reasons: laziness, time and distance (I'm in London now, not Maidenhead), and it's cold and dark out there. Of the three, laziness is the big one.

Anyone else?

Seems a valid train of thought.
My main reason for not turning up is that there's nobody elsy turning up.
We need to address the situation and get the meets running again. A few rideouts and possibly a bit of camping might help.

Once I get my bike down here I might be along.

PS Where are they held? And when?

You forgot to add a category - work.

My hours are stupid and Tuesday is one I'm normally in the office, after which I try to go to the gym. So I'm knackered, smelly and very hungry by the time I get home and in no mood to get kitted up for a hop to the pub.

Will try and make a rideout or two if you give us all some notice.

I'm new on this forum but it is called Thames valley but in my opinion it is right on the outskirts of that area maybe that's a reason for the lack of people turning up?

Got another venue in mind ?
We have people in Heathrow (me), Slough, Wycombe and as far out as Brackley...
