chain woes
I bought what I thought was a sturdy chain from On Ya Bike in manchester - cost me £150~
Now I come to take the lock off the Mrs' bike tonight, put the key in - turn it, and the lock component shears off - exposing the join. The chain is stuck fast and I can't get it off This is not what I expected from an expensive product, do you think I am within my rights to demand a replacement? (it's only about 8 months old if that) Oh, PS don't use those LIDL disclocks as a primary security measure, one of ours has broken already! |
