Thanks Gary. Long overdue in my case. I'm a master procrastinator!

I was always sure I didn't want to stop riding but I occasionally wondered how I might react: I have caught myself exhibiting some nerves and extra cautiousness in certain road situations. Probably subconsciously not wanting to come off and hurt myself again - I definitely don't have the bravado of youth anymore! Hopefully time and practice will overcome that issue, allow me to relax a bit more and rebuild some greater trust in tyres, brakes and my own riding skills (such as they were).
