Default Re: Help!

Can't remember is the ZX7R the same 3 bolt fixing as the ZX6R, if os I have a standard TT600 can here you could use (same fixing as the early ZX6R).

Give me a shout if you want it Tim.

Cheers Mark.

I can't help either, but like Ed, it's nice to see that guy reading the paper on the loo again.

Red face Re: Help!

Hi guys - Sorry I didn't reply - I was at my Dad's in the wilds of North Yorkshire with no web connection and not enough signal to be able to effectively use the web on my BlackBerry!
Been really busy too, so haven't had much time to get on here!
Will hopefully get more time to do so over the next few weeks!

And Mark - yes, it does have a 3-stud fixing and I believe it to be the same ad the one on the ZX6R...

I took multiple approaches to the isue any way and bought some exhaust wadding too. After re-packing it, it came down to 100dB - well within the 105dB limit!

Thank you very much any way.
Very much appreciated.

Take care all!

Ruddy brilliant!

Was absolutely nackered by the end of it all and went home, missing a couple of sessions at the end so I didn't trash the bike!

Paid to get the suspension set up by their experts and it was well worth the money, IMO. I could actually feet what the bike was doing properly and it handled much better.

I also got shown round by one of their instructors. Even though I've been going to Brands as a spectator since 1995 and as a BSB Marshal for the past 4 years, the lines are very different to how the look from the edge of the circuit!

Just got to decide where to do the next one (I've still got some money left on the voucher I got for my last Birthday!).
