I can't help but think that both of these are short-sighted. Their sackings will not change their clubs' fate this season.

Who's gonna take over from Big Phil? I'll bet they go for Martin O'Neill before Man Utd line him up to take over from SAF.

As for Tony Adams, he's not to blame for his two experienced central defenders going AWOL (on the pitch) too often this season. He was a fine defender himself and will not have miscoached them bearing in mind that he caoched the defence when 'arry was there. I admire him as a man and feel really sorry for him - probably the only ex-gooner that I'd say that about.
