This maybe classed as a gripe for some, but today I spent almost 5 hours getting tattooed

Fruit is loaded with sugar, which is bad news for weight loss and diabetes.. they seem to have changed five a day recently to 'non-starchy' vegetables rather than fruit (root veggies can have a lot of starch) .... it is like trying to hit a moving target all the time.

I know chips are an evil for a diabetic. Just meant purely as a leg pull for Bibio

I know and peas are not a fruit either LOL - but they are a surprisingly starchy vegetable / legume or whatever ...... also surprisingly bad for raising blood glucose.

But how about deep fried Mars Bar ?

If I'm going to pay for pain I'll go see a dominatrix
Haha no it’s not for everyone, it is painful at the time and a little sore for a day or 2 afterwards.

I’m no expert but I think a dominatrix might be more than the £80ph my tattooist charges

If you want to try the dominatrix we could have a whip round for you - and whatever you do don't let her walk all over you.......

My two week contract has turned into two months. I love getting to a client to find they're all Excel illiterate - there are so many quick fixes to make their work so much easier and they're all amazed, thinking I'm some sort of magician. They keep extending my end date so I can help streamline more and more and now they've decided to keep me to the end of the month. Result.
