Why can i not go anywhere without seeing that globetrotting Dr Rich

I kid you not a window cleaner on a bike complete with soapy water

These things can deffo scoot along (couldn't find where to hire one though )

it is definately a clever piece of work, watching the novices jump on them and scoot along with "gay abandon" was fun, and it seemed really easy to operate (I mean even women were using them)
