Default Has anyone traded in an SV recently?

Hi All.
Just wondering how much people have been offered when trading in their SV. Want to work out how much mines worth.
I have SK3 with mods.
Scorpion Can.
REAR Suspension upgrade
Seat Cowl
Screen
Lower Farings - small Crack
Rear Hugger.
Plus others but not worth mentioning, purely cosmetic stuff.

How much do you think ill get towards trade in (Roughly). Working out best options as im wondering if its worth selling some of the parts i.e hugger, cowl, etc etc.

I dotn think the mods will make the bike worth anymore as a trade in. Id take all the mods off and sell them separately then p-ex as a standard as you can.

No idea what the p-ex prices are like though

All depends what you are trading it in against. If its a high value new bike you should get your £2k but if you want another similar value bike I think you would get a lot less.

A couple of months back I looked into trading my `01 faired curvy in for an `03 faired sv1000, was offered £1300, against a bike of almost £3K, he said my mileage of 29K was almost at the point where the value of my sv would go into freefall.

And the double bubble, hugger etc made no difference to value, actually prefered it almost standard!!

I decided to keep my sv and run it for as long as it will live.
