Closest to the city centre that I can think of is one I've been to a few times, (which I can't remember the name of - might be GP Motorcycles), on Amiens Street, past Connolly Station on the right going towards Fairview.
I think they had visors and other bits - but it's been a while.

Dont buy flocking any thing down here in the way of visors or lids, you pay a small fortune, but i will say this, megabike is prob your best bet, or maybe, bike world, both have the WWW's with directions, however if your not biking it, it will be tough to get to them.
If you need directions pm me, Not sure of GP moto is still open down there, but of a hole of a place that end of the city and way... |

Megabikes isnt too far a walk from city centre (20mins from O'Connell bridge) but as drag said, you're gonna be paying a good bit more than you would at home. Save yer dosh for a pint and get the visor when you head back!
