Exclamation Diesel Spill - Heads Up

Don't know if anyone comes through Eurocentral on the west bound carriageway of the M8, if you do watch out. Diesel spill on the roundabout at the off-slip, across the flyover and round the next roundabout at the Dakota.

Cheers

no problem.

I got a lung full of it as i pulled up to the roundabout.

The weird thing is most trucks have their fuel tank on the right side.

This was on the left towards the outside of the roundabout.

Wasn't too hard to avoid.

Reported it to North Lanarkshire Roads Dept. so i'll see on the way home if it got treated or left to evaporate

Cheers

If she hasnt been up to them lately tell her not to bother

there is debris everywhere and the roads in the place are cutting up quite bad. I think its the high volume of trucks that use the place thats doing it

Yeah, there is a lot of tears in the top layer. There is also loads of loose dust and debris. The one a Clyde Valley Drilling is usually always got damp or loose muck on it. The one at the bottom of McNeil Drive isn't too bad. Take it easy if you do go for a look.

PS watch out for my Tonka trucks too

Cheers

Yes, thanks Cam! I'll have to go to Ravenscraig to practice the getting knee down - either that or I'll just visit East Kilbride!

The new(ish) roundabouts on the road at ravenscraig are excellent.... the roads are clean and smooth and you can get a bit more speed up
