another newbie.
Hi all.noticed a few pudlians and cheshires in the area.just joined the site with an oldish Sv 650 99 reg in black.tidy and with a few simple mods.etc. sold a Tdm recently finding it too tall for my ageing frame.love riding still . at 63.do any of you get out much to rivington.scotch piper or further.

Hi and welcome. I sometimes get out to the Scotch Piper but find it too crowded now. I visited Rivington a couple of times last summer and we also have a meet up ourselves on a Wednesday thru the warmer months.

Hi SpeedyClaire, yes Piper gets busy, St Annes on a Monday is ok, went a few times 2012. have a few mates local with various bikes, for midweek rides.let me know where you meet on Wednesdays when Spring is Sprung. not long now.knocker99

I tend to go to the Scotch a fair bit as it's only 5 mins from me and I tend to use it to catch up with mates as opposed to a ride out excuse. By the time I've ridden home from Mancland, I'm not really up for a big ride after work anyway lol
