Just e-mailed him back. I asked what sort of numbers they would require to throw the extra's in on top of the discount and how he would want to organise the code. Whether or not he wants to give it to me or one of the admins to then filter down to us minions...

Right, with regards to the retro applying of discount to members that have already booked, it seems it's not possible as EasyTrack would be liable for two lots of transaction charges. Instead for the members affected they can give you a halfway credit for the burgers/hotdogs and beers at the BBQ. I assume this means you pay half price.

I think it's quite fair as it's really only 9 quid were gonna be saving for this trackday anyway but as the discount will be available to forum members from here on in on a continuous basis I think it's a good shout.


With regards to the discount code, I haven't been given it just yet. The problem is that their phone lines are down due to the installation of fiberoptic cables.

I've tried calling and I've also e-mailed my phone number to him in case they can ring from a mobile. We've still gotta wait a little bit longer yet but I'll do my best.

Unless someone lives in Ashford and can pop over and have a word lol.
