After speaking with Dave P and seeing Paul the 6th photo, i thought it was time for a knee down comp

.

The rules are simple:

Go out and get your knee down wherever you can, on whatever you can.

Bonus points for having full bike kit on.

The prize will be a massive amount of pi## taking from the orgers.

So go on have some fun.
