i think i will, just throws up a warning. seems to charge from the USB on the computer so there is no reason that it should not charge from the USB on the bike.

yes. connection to the computer is no problem including charging.

i have solutions. 1.just plug the car charger into the fag socket as its right below it (PITA as i would have to carry the charger everywhere as well). 2.i have two car chargers so i could dismantle one of them and put it in a potting box i have and add a cable to my gizmo.

new spaznav is superb when turning on/off via ignition. new one goes straight to 'agree' screen then when agreed it goes straight to map with route, it takes seconds. the old one took a good 30sec or so to get the map up via pressing 3 buttons. so new one much much faster
