Default Central Heating Problem

The radiator in my hallway is fffffffffreezing cold, the pipe leading from the floor to the radiator is hot as are the nuts and bolts connecting that pipe to the radiator. There`s no air in it cos I`ve tried bleeding it and the valve is set to no. 6 the highest. Has anyone any ideas what could be wrong and if there`s something I can do to fix it myself without having to call out an engineer/plumber type person?

Any help appreciated

There`s nothing really to turn on the other side but all the nuts and bolts are tight

Do you have thermostatic radiator valves? (one with numbers on) Try putting that one on max & turning all your other rad valves down to 0 & see if that one comes on.
